Wood Sawdust Block Production Line

1. Wood Crusher

If the raw materials is bigger,we need to crush them into shavings or sawdust for further processing.

2. Sawdust Dryer

If the raw materials moisture is over 10%,it's need to be dried by dryer.

3. Sawdust Glue Mixer

To make the final blocks as its strength,the glue(Urea-formaldehyde glue) is adding into sawdust.

4. Block Extruding Machine

The block size can be from 20*20mm-145*145mm as your prefer. And there are three models: 2 heads with 2-4m3/24hrs capacity,4 heads with 4-6m3/24hrs capacity and 6 heads with 6-8m3/24hrs capacity.

The final blocks can be with hole and without hole in center,with conner and not.
